Tummy tuck, liposuction, arm lift, and thigh lift — performed by a specialist plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience.
Book a ConsultationBody contouring surgery addresses changes to the body that diet and exercise alone can't resolve — loose skin after pregnancy or weight loss, stubborn fat deposits, or laxity in the arms and thighs. Dr Yaprak's approach is to understand what's bothering you, assess your anatomy carefully, and recommend the procedure — or combination — that will make a real difference. Every estimate is all-inclusive, and all follow-up care is included for six weeks after surgery.

Removes excess skin and tightens abdominal muscles — often chosen after pregnancy or significant weight loss. Available as mini, standard, or extended depending on the degree of correction needed.
Targeted removal of stubborn fat from the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, or back. Works best close to ideal weight. Can be combined with other procedures for a more comprehensive result.
Removes loose skin and excess fat from the upper arms — the area commonly known as "bat wings." Most often chosen after significant weight loss or as a result of skin laxity with age.
Tightens and reshapes the inner or outer thighs by removing excess skin. Usually performed after significant weight loss. Less commonly requested but can make a meaningful difference where indicated.

A tummy tuck removes excess skin and fat from the abdomen and tightens weakened or separated abdominal muscles. It's most commonly chosen after pregnancy or significant weight loss — changes that exercise alone can't reverse.
Dr Yaprak offers three variations depending on the extent of correction needed:
Loose skin or muscle laxity below the belly button only. Shorter scar, faster recovery. Possible under local anaesthetic in suitable cases.
Addresses the full abdomen above and below the navel. The most commonly performed type.
For significant skin excess after major weight loss, extending to the flanks or lower back. Often combined with liposuction.
Most standard cases require one night at Braemar. Extended cases may require longer.
Depending on your role and the extent of surgery. Light activity resumes gradually.
Worn for several weeks post-surgery to support healing and optimise results.
All follow-up care included. Dr Yaprak monitors your healing at each stage.
Liposuction removes stubborn pockets of fat that don't respond to diet or exercise. It's a body-contouring procedure — not a weight-loss method — suited to patients who are close to their ideal weight but want targeted improvement in specific areas.
Common treatment areas include the abdomen, flanks, thighs, upper arms, back, and neck. Liposuction can be performed on its own or combined with other procedures such as a tummy tuck or arm lift for more comprehensive reshaping.
Because every patient's anatomy and goals are different, liposuction pricing can only be given accurately after a face-to-face consultation. Factors that influence cost include the number of areas treated, whether local or general anaesthetic is used, and the overall volume of fat removal.
Small areas may be done under local anaesthetic as a day case. Larger volumes require general anaesthetic and overnight stay.
Most patients return to light work within a week. Physical roles require longer.
Final results are visible at 3–6 months as swelling fully settles.
Pricing: Liposuction pricing depends on the number of areas treated and the anaesthetic required. A written all-inclusive quote is provided after your consultation. Please request a consultation to discuss your specific goals.
Brachioplasty removes excess skin and, where needed, fat from the upper arms — addressing the looseness that often develops after significant weight loss or with age. The result is a firmer, more contoured arm profile.
Surgery typically takes 2–3 hours under general anaesthetic at Braemar Private Hospital. The scar runs along the inner arm and is designed to sit in a discreet position. Scar maturation takes 12–18 months.
Most brachioplasties are performed as day surgery, though an overnight stay may be recommended.
Arm movement is restricted in the first week. Most patients return to desk work within 10–14 days.
Body sutures are removed at 7 days. Compression garment worn for several weeks.
The inner arm scar fades significantly over time and sits in a discreet position at rest.
A thigh lift removes excess skin from the inner or outer thighs, improving contour and reducing skin friction. It is most commonly performed after significant weight loss where the skin has lost elasticity and cannot retract on its own.
Dr Yaprak performs thigh lift surgery less frequently than other body procedures — it is recommended where the degree of skin laxity genuinely warrants it, and where the benefits outweigh the scar trade-off. This is discussed honestly at consultation.
Pricing: Thigh lift pricing depends on the extent of correction required and is provided as a written all-inclusive quote after your consultation. Please request a consultation to discuss.
Thigh lift typically requires an overnight stay at Braemar Private Hospital.
Walking is encouraged early but strenuous activity is restricted for 4–6 weeks.
Worn for several weeks to support healing and reduce swelling.
