Consultations with Bülent run 30–45 minutes. No rushing, no scripts — just an honest conversation about what's possible, what isn't, and whether surgery is the right answer at all. Two consultations, at minimum two weeks apart, are required before any facial surgery — not because the rules say so, but because good decisions need time to settle.
Surgery takes place at Braemar Private Hospital, or for select local anaesthetic procedures, in-rooms at the Centre. Either way, the same surgeon you sat across the desk from is the one in the room — there's no handover, no unfamiliar face on the day that matters most.
Anna, our practice nurse, follows up personally — checking in, answering the questions that come up once you're home and the adrenaline's worn off. Six weeks of follow-up is included with every surgical estimate, all-inclusive from the first consultation through to the last check. For patients travelling in from Auckland or Tauranga, that follow-up can happen by phone or video — the care doesn't stop at the city limits.
